Lemon Aroma Oil 10ml

Possible Uses: Sore throat, nervous tension, cellulite, constipation, acne, rheumatism, arthritis, cold sores, mouth ulcers, insect bites, headaches, migraines, depression, stress, cuts, minor wounds, stiff limbs, exhaustion.

How to Use: In a base cream/lotion or gel add 20 drops per 50g. In a bath add 7 drops to bath water. In massage oil add 10 drops per 20ml. In vaporizer or burner mix 6 drops with water. In a Room spritz add 10 drops to 250ml of water. Gargle – 8-10 drops per 250ml water. On an earbud (insect bites) 1-2 drops. On a compress – 4 drops per 250ml water.

Precautions: Discontinue if any discomfort or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Keep away from eyes. If pregnant consult practitioner. Photo-toxic, do not use before exposure to sun, Do not use undiluted.
