| Possible Uses: Acne, athlete foot, perspiration, flatulence, insect repellant, muscle aches, stress, oily skin, headache, sore throat, laryngitis, fever, cellulite, toning the skin and tissues, infections, indigestion. How to use: In a base cream/lotion or gel add 20 drops per 50g. In a bath add 7 drops to bath water. In massage oil add 10 drops per 20ml. In vapourizer or burner mix 6 drops with water. In a Room spritz add 10 drops to 250ml of water. On a cotton ball (as insect repellant) 2-3 drops. Gargle – 8-10 drops in 250ml water. On a compress – 4 drops per 250ml water. Precautions: Discontinue if any discomfort or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Keep away from eyes. Avoid during pregnancy. Do not use undiluted. |
