| Possible Uses: Sinusitis/frquent sneezing/hay fever, asthma, brochitis, coughs, sore throat, colds & flus, depression, immune booster, anxiety, arthritis, rheumatism, poor circulation, cellulite, muscle aches, insect bites, wounds & cuts, oily skin, acne, fever. How to use: In a base cream/lotion or gel add 20 drops per 50g. In a bath add 7 drops to bath water. In massage oil add 10 drops per 20ml. In vapourizer or burner mix 6 drops with water. In a Room spritz add 10 drops to 250ml of water. On an earbud (for insect bites) 1-2 drops. On a compress – 4 drops per 250ml water. Gargle – 4 drops per 250ml water. Precautions: Discontinue if any discomfort or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Keep away from eyes. Avoid during pregnancy. Do not use undiluted. |
